Azer Restaurant Supply & Design was started by Jeff Azer, who has lived in the Valley for almost 30 years. Degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, Hospitality Management Degree, and numerous Certifications from the American Culinary Federation. Served as Chef at Hyatt Regency Resort Indian Wells (Formally Hyatt Grand Champions Resort), and Mission Hills Country Club, Rancho Mirage. Sysco Foodservice Torchbearer (top saleperson). District Sales Manager, and Equipment Specialist US Foods. He presently is an Adjunct Instructor of Culinary Arts, and visiting lecturer on Restaurant design and openings at the local College of the Desert in Palm Desert, and has lectured at various High Schools in the Coachella Valley.
Prior to moving to the Coachella Valley, Jeff traveled the Country designing and opening Food and Beverage services for Hyatt, Radisson, John Q Hammons, and Marriott Hotels, and as Director and Instructor of Culinary Arts at Idaho State University.
